In 2020 the whole world suddenly entered a new reality, the usual pace of life of billions of people was interrupted by the pandemic. Quarantine measures implied setting new rules and requirements for every person. Wearing facial masks became mandatory for everyone. The performance during which Anna was eating one mask after another, depicted the difficulty of getting used to omnipresent restrictions and impossibility to embrace the new normal. All in all, the performance "Precautionary Measures" displays an expression of fighting the inner discomfort, that came with establishment of the new social rules and appeared necessities.
